HOW DO I RETURN MY SAMPLE FOR TESTING?

  • Be aware we cannot offer refunds on this product.
  • Ensure you order your test kits as early as you can. Once the sample/swab has been taken, it must get to our testing facility within 70 hours to be viable.
  • The rules for entering England (green, amber and red) can be found here
  • Our testing kist are only available for delivery within the UK.
  • Once we have received your sample we will aim to provide your results within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24 hours. Templar Laboratories will not be held liable for delays in delivery, given stock and material shortages and unprecedented demand.

THESE GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED TO CLARIFY TESTING REQUIREMENTS ON ARRIVAL FROM RED, AMBER AND GREEN ZONE COUNTRIES

‘RED' COUNTRIES

‘RED' COUNTRIES

Current restrictions for arrivals from ‘red’ zoned countries include hotel quarantine (10 days), a pre-departure test plus PCR testing on day 2 and day 8.
‘AMBER' COUNTRIES

‘AMBER' COUNTRIES

On arrival from ‘amber’ zoned countries, double vaccinated individuals are not required to quarantine. Unvaccinated individuals are required to quarantine for 10 days. They must take a PCR test on day 2 and on day 8. They may take a PCR test on day 5 – in line with the ‘test to release’ scheme.
‘GREEN’ COUNTRIES

‘GREEN’ COUNTRIES

When arriving from ‘green’ zoned countries travellers are required to take a pre-departure test – plus a PCR test on or before day 2 of their arrival. Quarantine is not required unless they return a positive test result.
